Thanks to his network, Romain Lefebvre accompanies agency clients in their global strategy in public relations. He is also a coach and mediator. The founder of run’concept, for 10 years he has accompanied decision-makers of all types in their communication needs. With them, he identifies their influence strategy and action plan for committed communication. He is an administrator for MEDEF Réunion (the French Employers’ Association). He is also a member of Technopôle de la Réunion and participates in major citizen projects such as Démorun, the latest local elections, or Monnaie Péi for the implementation of a complementary local currency.
During her career, Anne-Laure Delamotte has had two different professions: as a journalist for 5 years and as a media relations manager, a position she has held at run’concept since 2011. She primarily assists economic and institutional decision-makers in their development strategy by guiding them in their relations with the media. Due to her university education in Distribution Management and Local Development her specialty is predominantly economic.
A lawyer by training then H. R. Assistant for several employer groups, Alexandra Farre has always been a fan of new forms of work. Her in-depth thoughts on liberated companies and happiness at work led her to become part of the run’concept team, with whom she shares the same vision. In charge of the back-office, Alexandra also encourages her co-workers’ optimism, supports their well-being and maintains “team spirit”.
Thomas Lauret was a journalist for 10 years in a local daily newspaper, specialising in economic issues. This culture directly influences his vision of relations with the media, since he understands the needs and expectations of his contacts all the more. A real connoisseur of the local market, he is well aware of regional development issues.
Fleur Postaire has worked for 12 years in Media Relations, first in Paris and then in Reunion (since 2012). She is currently in charge of developing the run’concept training division. A new activity she has developed in order to enable each person to be an actor in his/her communication, by learning the different skills of Public Relations. Trained in active teaching, she conducts training sessions and workshops for various audiences, on the themes of public speaking, oral fluency, media training, and, of course, Media Relations, her favourite field.
A former journalist in the local written press and then the radio, Fabienne Azalbert presented RTL Reunion morning news for four years. That is how she covered different topics, from local news to the economy and local politics. Nowadays, she puts her experience and knowledge at the disposal of run’concept clients in the field of public relations and media relations.
Marie-Laure joined run’concept in 2018 after 9 years working for public relations agencies in Paris.
She was involved in National campaigns for key accounts in the beauty and food industries.
Maxime joined run’concept in 2018. Before that, he was leading his own public affairs and political communications consultancy in Brussels. He advised the European Commission, media organisations like Euractiv, lobby groups and NGOs with their digital advocacy campaigns.
